This Capitol Hill Apartment building logo needed to be unique, distinctive, and classy. The colors I selected were used throughout the building including the lobby, hallways, all common areas, and signage.

what I learned
Architects do not want PMS colors, CMYK, RGB, or Hex colors. They want PAINT colors so I color matched the logo to a Benjamin Moore paint.
